Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. This is my pop-up dessert shop, which is a fancy way of saying the desserts come to you instead of the other way around. You order, I bake fresh, and it lands at your door, your gathering, or your event.

I bake French desserts and Italian desserts the way I was taught to: by hand, with good ingredients, and no rushing the parts that matter. There’s a kind of joy in handing someone a dessert made just for their day and watching them taste it. That’s the whole reason I do this.

Whether you need a small treat for two or a centerpiece for a room full of people, the standard doesn’t change. I want the first bite to be the one you remember.
